Adhesives - Determination of isocyanate content
This standard specifies a method for the determination of the isocyanate content of adhesives, adhesive components, their basic constituents surface protection systems, and related products containing free isocyanate groups. This method can also be used to determine the hydroxyl value and/or the hydroxyl content of surface protection systems of concrete. It is not applicable to products containing blocked isocyanate groups which can be liberated by the reagents in this test method.

Diese Norm legt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung des Isocyanatgehaltes von Klebstoffen, Klebstoff Komponent deren Grundbestandteile der Oberflächenschutz-Systeme und verwandten Produkten, die freie Isocyanatgruppen enthalten fest. Dieses Verfahren kann auch zur Bestimmung der Hydroxylzahl und/oder Hydroxylgehaltes von Betonoberflächenschutzsystemen verwendet werden. Dieses Verfahren ist nicht anwendbar bei Produkten, die blockierte Isocyanatgruppen enthalten, die durch die bei diesem Prüfverfahren benutzten Reagenzien freigesetzt werden können.

La présente norme spécifie une méthode pour la détermination de la teneur en isocyanate des adhésifs, des composants d'adhésifs, de leurs constituants de base des systèmes de protection de surface et des produits connexes contenant des groupes d'isocyanates libres. Cette méthode peut également être utilisée pour déterminer la valeur hydroxyle et/ou la teneur en hydroxyle des systèmes de protection de surface du béton. Elle ne s'applique pas aux produits contenant des groupes d'isocyanates bloqués qui peuvent être libérés par les réactifs utilisés dans cette méthode d'essai.
