Self-supporting metal sheet for roofing, external cladding and internal lining - Product specification and requirements

This European Standard specifies the terminology, requirements and test methods for factory made self-supporting metal sheets and tiles (for non-structural applications) delivered in the form of manufactured pieces for roofing and wall cladding and lining.
This standard also covers curved sheets, sheets intended to be used with insulation and membranes, ceiling products (including internal metal sheet) and soffit products  and cassettes (see Figure 1).
This standard covers self-supporting copper, zinc, steel, aluminium and stainless steel sheet with or without coatings, e.g. metallic, organic, inorganic or multi-layer (see Annex A). A moisture retaining layer intended to reduce the fall of droplets coming from condensation may be present on the reverse side of the product.
This standard does not cover products for structural purposes, i.e. it does cover products used in constructions of Class III (according to EN 1993 1 3), it does not cover products used in constructions of Classes I and II (according to EN 1993 1 3] intended to contribute to the global or partial stability of the building structure by providing racking resistance.
Requirements concerning acoustical and thermal insulation properties are not considered in this draft standard.
This standard does not include calculation or design requirements with regards to the works, installation techniques or the performance of the installed products.

Selbsttragende Dachdeckungs- und Wandbekleidungselemente für die Innen- und Außenanwendung aus Metallblech - Produktspezifikation und Anforderungen

Diese Europäische Norm legt die Terminologie, die Anforderungen und Prüfverfahren für werkmäßig hergestellte selbsttragende Metallbleche und -platten (für nichttragende Anwendungsbereiche) fest, die in Form von vorgefertigten Dachdeckungs- und Wandbekleidungselementen geliefert werden.
Diese Norm gilt auch für gebogene Bleche, für Bleche zur Verwendung mit Dämmung und Membranen, für Unterdecken- (einschließlich innen liegender Metallbleche) und Untersichtprodukte sowie für Kassetten (siehe Bild 1).
Diese Norm gilt für selbsttragende Bleche aus Kupfer, Zink, Stahl, Aluminium oder rostfreiem Stahl mit oder ohne Beschichtungen, die z. B. metallisch, organisch, anorganisch oder mehrschichtig sind (siehe Anhang A). Die Rückseite des Bauteils darf mit einer Feuchte abweisenden Schicht versehen sein, die den Niederschlag von Kondensationstropfen verhindern soll.
Diese Norm gilt nicht für Produkte für tragende Zwecke, d. h. sie gilt für Produkte zur Verwendung in Konstruktionen der Klasse III (nach EN 1993 1 3), sie gilt nicht für Produkte zur Verwendung in Konstruktionen der Klassen I und II (nach EN 1993 1 3), die durch Schubfeldwirkung zur Gesamt- oder Teilstabilität des Gebäudes beitragen.
Dieser Norm-Entwurf enthält keine Anforderungen zu den akustischen oder den Wärmedämmeigenschaften.
Diese Norm enthält keine Bemessungs- oder Konstruktionsanforderungen hinsichtlich des Bauwerks, der Einbautechniken oder der Leistungsfähigkeit der eingebauten Produkte.

Plaques métalliques autoportantes pour couverture, toitures, bardages extérieur et intérieur et cloisons - Spécification de produit et exigences

Cette Norme européenne spécifie la terminologie, les exigences et les méthodes d’essai relatives aux
plaques et tuiles métalliques autoportantes (pour applications non structurelles), fabriquée en usine,
livrées sous la forme d’éléments préfabriqués pour couverture et bardages extérieur et intérieur.
Cette Norme couvre également les plaques cintrées, les plaques destinées aux produits avec isolation et
membranes, les applications en plafond (y compris les plaques métalliques intérieures) et en soffite et
les plateaux (voir Figure 1).
Cette norme couvre les plaques autoportantes en cuivre, zinc, acier, aluminium et acier inoxydable avec
ou sans revêtement, par exemple métallique, organique, inorganique ou multicouche (voir Annexe A).
Une couche retenant l’humidité, destinée à réduire la chute de gouttes provenant de la condensation, peut
être présente sur la face envers du produit.
Cette norme ne couvre pas les produits pour applications structurelles, c'est‐à‐dire qu’elle couvre les
produits destinés aux constructions de classe III (selon l’EN 1993‐1‐3), qu’elle ne couvre pas les produits
destinés aux constructions de classes I et II (selon l’EN 1993‐1‐3) destinés à contribuer à la stabilité
globale ou partielle de la structure du bâtiment ou apportant un contreventement.
Les prescriptions relatives aux caractéristiques acoustiques et d’isolation thermique ne sont pas
considérées dans le présent projet de norme.
Cette norme ne comporte aucune prescription relative au calcul ou à la conception de l’ouvrage, aux
techniques d’exécution ou à la performance des produits mis en oeuvre.
