This European Standard defines the requirements for a qualification of a spray procedure specification. It indicates the conditions for applying the procedure qualification and the qualification for a range of components. These components should be similar to the tested component in shape, physical and chemical behaviour, and in properties. This is especially valid in the case of a client’s requirement for a qualification. Likewise, it could also be applied in the case of a company’s internal quality requirements.
This European Standard is also applicable to the manufacture of new parts and repairs of components made of metallic and non-metallic materials.

Thermisches Spritzen - Bauteilbezogene Verfahrensprüfung

Diese Europäische Norm legt die Vorgehensweise fest, wie eine Spritzanweisung durch eine Verfahrens-prüfung qualifiziert wird. Sie benennt die Bedingungen für die Durchführung der Verfahrensprüfung und die Qualifikation von Bauteilen eines Geltungsbereiches. Diese Bauteile sollten dem geprüften Bauteil in Geometrie, physikalischem und chemischem Verhalten und den Eigenschaften genügend ähnlich sein. Sie gilt speziell bei Anforderung einer Qualifizierung vom Kunden. Sinngemäß kann  sie auch bei firmeninternen Qualitätsanforderungen angewendet werden.
Diese Europäische Norm kann sowohl für die Neufertigung als auch für Instandsetzungen von Bauteilen aus metallischen und nicht metallischen Werkstoffe verwendet werden.

opératoire de projection. Elle indique les conditions d'application de la qualification du mode opératoire et la
qualification à une gamme d’éléments. Il convient que ces éléments soient similaires à l’élément testé en
termes de forme, comportement physique et chimique et propriétés. Cela est tout particulièrement vrai dans le
