Agricultural machinery - Equipment for sowing - Minimization of the environmental effects of fan exhaust from pneumatic systems (ISO 17962:2015)

ISO 17962:2015 specifies various means of minimizing the environmental effects of fan exhaust from pneumatic systems for vacuum-style sowing agricultural field equipment used for sowing coated seeds.
It is applicable to vacuum-style sowing systems where "dust off" (fugitive) material from seed coatings can mix with fan (blower) intake air and be exhausted into the atmosphere.
ISO 17962:2015 is not applicable to
-      conveyance systems between a central tank and remote meters where the air is exhausted at the remote meters, and
-      conveyance systems where the meter is at a central tank and the air is exhaust at a ground engaging opening device.
The design principles in this International Standard are not applicable to pneumatic equipment for sowing which was manufactured before the date of its publication.
NOTE          National or local requirements can apply which could be more stringent.

Landmaschinen - Sägeräte - Minimierung der Umweltauswirkungen von Gebläseabluft bei pneumatischen Geräten (ISO 17962:2015)

Diese Internationale Norm legt verschiedene Mittel fest zur Verminderung der Umweltauswirkungen von Gebläseabluft aus pneumatischen Anlagen bei landwirtschaftlichen Vakuum-Sägeräten, die zur Aussaat von beschichtetem Saatgut verwendet werden.
Diese Norm gilt für Vakuum-Sägeräte, bei denen sich (flüchtiger) Abrieb von Saatgutbeschichtungen mit der Ansaugluft des Gebläses mischen und in die Atmosphäre freigesetzt werden kann. Diese Geräte sind Bestandteile von Maschinen, die nach ISO 3339/0 als 04.1.02.5 (pneumatische Drillmaschinen) klassifiziert sind.
Diese Internationale Norm gilt nicht für:
-   Zuführeinrichtungen zwischen einem zentralen Behälter und entfernt liegenden Dosierorganen, bei denen die Luft an den entfernt liegenden Dosierorganen freigesetzt wird;
-   Zuführeinrichtungen, bei denen das Dosierorgan sich an einem zentralen Behälter befindet und die Luft an einem Einbettungswerkzeug freigesetzt wird.
Die Gestaltungsgrundsätze in dieser Internationalen Norm gelten nicht für pneumatische Sägeräte, die vor dem Datum der Veröffentlichung hergestellt wurden.
ANMERKUNG   Es können nationale oder lokale Anforderungen gelten, die strenger sein könnten.

Matériel agricole - Semoirs - Considérations pour réduire au minimum les effets de l'échappement du ventilateur des systèmes pneumatiques (ISO 17962:2015)

ISO 17962:2015 internationale spécifie les différents moyens pour minimaliser les effets sur l'environnement de l'échappement des ventilateurs des systèmes pneumatiques des semoirs agricoles de type à aspiration utilisés pour semer des graines enrobées.
Elle s'applique aux systèmes d'ensemencement de type à aspiration où les matériaux pulvérulents (fugitifs) des enrobages de semences peuvent se mélanger à l'air entrant du ventilateur (souffleur) et être évacués dans l'atmosphère.
ISO 17962:2015 ne s'applique pas aux :
-      systèmes de transfert situés entre un réservoir central et des boitiers distants permettant la distribution, par lesquels l'air est expulsé, et
-      systèmes de transfert où le doseur est situé sur un réservoir central et où l'air est évacué vers le dispositif d'ouverture du sillon.
Les principes de conception de la présente Norme internationale ne sont pas applicables aux semoirs pneumatiques qui ont été fabriqués avant sa date de publication.
NOTE          Les prescriptions nationales ou locales pouvant être plus rigoureuses peuvent s'appliquer.

Kmetijski stroji - Oprema za sejanje - Zmanjšanje vplivov izpuhov iz pnevmatskih sistemov na okolje (ISO 17962:2015)

Ta mednarodni standard (tehnična specifikacija) določa različna sredstva za zmanjšanje vplivov izpuhov iz pnevmatskih sistemov za kmetijsko opremo za podtlačno setev (sejanje) obloženih semen. Uporabe načel projektiranja, izračunov in metod preskušanja so sprejemljivi načini zmanjšanja vplivov izpuhov. Uporablja se za sisteme za podtlačno sejanje (setev), kjer se lahko »prašni« (ubežni) material iz obloge semen zmeša z vhodnim zrakom ventilatorja in izpusti v ozračje. Ta mednarodni standard (tehnična specifikacija) se ne uporablja za: – transportne sisteme med glavnim zbiralnikom in oddaljenimi merilniki, kjer se zrak izpusti pri oddaljenih merilnikih;
– transportne sisteme, kjer je merilnik ob glavnem zbiralniku in je izpust zraka ob napravi za odpiranje pri tleh. Ta mednarodni standard (tehnična specifikacija) se ne uporablja za pnevmatsko opremo za sejanje, ki je bila izdelana, preden je bil standard objavljen. Introduction
This International Standard has been developed to consider potential methods of minimizing the effects
of seed coating dust drift when mixed in the exhaust fan air flow. This dust has the potential to become
fugitive during the sowing process on equipment with pneumatic systems.

1 Scope
This International Standard specifies various means of minimizing the environmental effects of fan
exhaust from pneumatic systems for vacuum-style sowing agricultural field equipment used for sowing

For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.

quantity of plant protection product that is carried out of and deposited within specified distance of the
sowed area by the action of air currents during the sowing process

cylindrical shape (static) that defines the boundaries of the fan exhaust of a pneumatic system
