Characteristic values can be determined on the basis of calculation and begiven as declared values in the CE-marking, according to the relevant provisions in annex ZA.The declared values are based on the method 2 expressed in Guidance Paper L, clause3.3.3.2 (a)."In clause A.2 the note has to be deleted and the sentence in A.2 has to be extended as follows:"The partial safety factors are determined according to national regulations; recommendedvalues are given in informative annex C."After the title of annex B the following note has to be inserted as follows:"NOTE 1
