Dieses Dokument legt ein Prüfverfahren zur Bestimmung der Biegsamkeit in Querrichtung (Muldungsfähigkeit) eines Fördergurts, ausgedrückt als Verhältnis von F/L, fest. Dieses Prüfverfahren ist nicht anwendbar oder gültig für leichte Fördergurte nach ISO 21183 1.

EN ISO 703:2025 - Conveyor belts: Transverse flexibility (troughability) - Test method defines a laboratory procedure to quantify the transverse flexibility (troughability) of conveyor belts. The result is reported as a dimensionless ratio F/L (vertical deflection corrected for belt thickness divided by flat width). This European adoption of ISO 703:2025 replaces EN ISO 703:2017 and is intended for standardizing conveyor belt testing across CEN members.

This document (EN ISO 703:2025) has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 41 "Pulleys and
belts (including veebelts)" in collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC 188 “Conveyor belts” the
secretariat of which is held by SNV.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an
identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by February 2026, and conflicting national standards
shall be withdrawn at the latest by February 2026.
