ISO 20028-2:2017 specifies the methods of preparation of test specimens and the standard test methods to be used in determining the properties of thermoplastic polyester moulding and extrusion materials. Requirements for handling test material and for conditioning both the test material before moulding and the specimens before testing are given.
Procedures and conditions for the preparation of test specimens in a specified state and procedures for measuring properties of the materials from which these specimens are made are given. Properties and test methods which are suitable and necessary to characterize thermoplastic polyester moulding and extrusion materials are listed.
The properties have been selected from the general test methods in ISO 10350‑1. Other test methods in wide use for or of particular significance to these moulding and extrusion materials are also included in this document, as are the designatory properties specified in ISO 20028-1 (viscosity number and tensile modulus of elasticity).
In order to obtain reproducible and comparable test results, it is necessary to use the methods of specimen preparation and conditioning, the specimen dimensions and the test procedures specified herein. Values determined will not necessarily be identical to those obtained using specimens of different dimensions or prepared using different procedures.

Dieses Dokument legt die Verfahren zur Herstellung von Probekörpern und die zur Bestimmung der Eigen-schaften thermoplastischer Polyester (TP) Werkstoffe anzuwendenden Normprüfverfahren fest. Die An-forderungen an die Behandlung des Prüfmaterials und an das Konditionieren des Prüfmaterials sowohl vor dem Formen der Probekörper als auch der Probekörper vor der Prüfung sind angegeben.
Verfahren und Bedingungen für die Herstellung der Probekörper in einem festgelegten Zustand sowie Ver-fahren für die Bestimmung der Eigenschaften der Werkstoffe, aus denen die Probekörper hergestellt werden, sind angegeben. Eigenschaften und Prüfverfahren, die anwendbar und notwendig sind, um den thermoplastischen Polyester Werkstoff zu charakterisieren, sind aufgelistet.
Die Eigenschaften wurden aus den allgemeinen Prüfverfahren in ISO 10350-1 ausgewählt. Andere weithin gebräuchliche Prüfverfahren oder solche, die von besonderer Bedeutung für diese Werkstoffe sind, sowie die kennzeichnenden Eigenschaften in ISO 20028-1 (Viskositätszahl und Zugelastizitätsmodul), sind ebenfalls in diesem Dokument enthalten.
Um reproduzierbare und vergleichbare Prüfergebnisse zu erhalten, ist es notwendig, die in dieser Norm festgelegten Verfahren für die Herstellung und Konditionierung der Probekörper, die Probekörpermaße und die Prüfverfahren anzuwenden. Die ermittelten Werte sind nicht unbedingt identisch mit denen, die an Probe¬körpern mit anderen Maßen oder an mit unterschiedlichen Verfahren hergestellten Probekörpern erhalten wurden.

ISO 20028-2:2017 spécifie les méthodes de préparation des éprouvettes et les méthodes d'essai normalisées qui doivent être utilisées pour la détermination des propriétés des matériaux polyesters thermoplastiques (TP) pour moulage et extrusion. Les exigences relatives à la manipulation du matériau d'essai et au conditionnement du matériau d'essai avant moulage et des éprouvettes avant essai sont indiquées.

Ta dokument določa metode za pripravo preskušancev in standardnih preskusnih metod za uporabo pri ugotavljanju lastnosti materialov iz termoplastnih poliestrov za oblikovanje in ekstrudiranje. Podane so zahteve za ravnanje s preskusnim materialom ter za obdelavo preskusnega materiala pred oblikovanjem in obdelavo preskušancev pred preskusom.
Podani so postopki in pogoji za pripravo preskušancev v določenem stanju in postopki za merjenje lastnosti materialov, iz katerih so preskušanci izdelani. Navedene so lastnosti in preskusne metode, ki so primerne in nujne za opredelitev navedenih materialov za oblikovanje in ekstrudiranje iz plastomernih poliestrov.
Lastnosti so bile izbrane na podlagi splošnih preskusnih metod iz standarda ISO 10350-1. Druge preskusne metode, ki so v splošni uporabi ali posebej pomembne za te materiale za oblikovanje in ekstrudiranje, so prav tako vključene v ta dokument. Dieses Dokument (prEN ISO 20028-2:2015) wurde vom Technischen Komitee ISO/TC 61 „Plastics“ in
Zusammenarbeit mit dem Technischen Komitee CEN/TC 249 „Kunststoffe“ erarbeitet, dessen Sekretariat vom
NBN gehalten wird.
Dieses Dokument ist derzeit zur parallelen Umfrage vorgelegt.
Dieses Dokument wird DIN EN ISO 7792-2:2013-03 ersetzen.

1 Anwendungsbereich
Dieser Teil von ISO 20028 legt die Verfahren zur Herstellung von Probekörpern und die zur Bestimmung der
Eigenschaften für Formmassen thermoplastischer Polyester (TP) anzuwendenden Normprüfverfahren fest.
Die Anforderungen an die Behandlung des Prüfmaterials und an die Konditionierung des Prüfmaterials vor der
Formgebung der Probekörper und der Probekörper vor der Prüfung sind ebenfalls angegeben.
Verfahren und Bedingungen für die Herstellung der Probekörper in einem festgelegten Zustand sowie Ver-
fahren für die Bestimmung der Eigenschaften der Formmassen, aus denen die Probekörper hergestellt werden,
sind angegeben. Eigenschaften und Prüfverfahren, die anwendbar und notwendig sind, um die thermo-
plastischer Polyester-Formmassen zu charakterisieren, sind aufgelistet.
Die Eigenschaften wurden aus den allgemeinen Prüfverfahren in ISO 10350-1 ausgewählt. Andere weithin
gebräuchliche Prüfverfahren oder die von besonderer Bedeutung für diese Formmassen sind, wie die
kennzeichnenden Eigenschaften aus Teil 1 dieser Norm (Viskositätszahl und Zugelastizitätsmodul), sind
ebenfalls in diesem Teil von ISO 20028 enthalten.
Um reproduzierbare und vergleichbare Prüfergebnisse zu erhalten, ist es notwendig, die in dieser Norm fest-
gelegten Verfahren für die Herstellung und Konditionierung der Probekörper, die Probekörpermaße und die
Prüfverfahren anzuwenden. Die ermittelten Werte sind nicht unbedingt identisch mit denen, die an Probe-
körpern mit anderen Maßen oder an mit unterschiedlichen Verfahren hergestellten Probekörpern erhalten
wurden.
