Standard IEC 60336:2020 se uporablja za ŽARIŠČNE TOČKE v RENTGENSKIH NAPRAVAH za medicinsko diagnostiko, ki delujejo pri NAPETOSTIH RENTGENSKE CEVI do vključno 150 kV.
Ta dokument opisuje preskusne metode z uporabo digitalnih detektorjev za določanje:
a) mer ŽARIŠČNIH TOČK v smislu NOMINALNIH VREDNOSTI ŽARIŠČNIH TOČK, v razponu od 0,1 do 3,0;
b) FUNKCIJ LINIJSKE RAZPRŠITVE;
c) enodimenzionalnih FUNKCIJ PRENOSA MODULACIJE;
d) TOČKASTIH RADIOGRAMOV ŽARIŠČNE TOČKE;
ter sredstva za potrjevanje skladnosti.
V informativnih dodatkih sta opisana slikanje z ZVEZDASTIM VZORCEM in VRŠNA VREDNOST.
Standard IEC 60336:2020 razveljavlja in nadomešča četrto izdajo, objavljeno leta 2005. Ta izdaja je tehnično popravljena izdaja.
Pomembne spremembe pete izdaje glede na predhodno različico so navedene v točki E.6. Te spremembe so:
a) vključitev digitalnih detektorjev in napak diskretizacije;
b) manj normativnih zahtev;
c) podpora tako za TRAKOVNO KAMERO kot KAMERO S TOČKASTO ODPRTINO;
d) ponovna vključitev popačene (izkrivljene) ŽARIŠČNE TOČKE;
e) ohranitev ZVEZDASTIH VZORCEV in VRŠNE VREDNOSTI za informativne namene.
