Photovoltaic (PV) module performance testing and energy rating - Part 2: Spectral responsivity, incidence angle and module operating temperature measurements

IEC 61853-2:2016 defines measurement procedures for measuring the effects of angle of incidence of the irradiance on the output power of the device, determines the operating temperature of a module for a given set of ambient and mounting conditions and measure spectral responsivity of the module. A second purpose is to provide a characteristic set of parameters which will be useful for detailed energy predictions. The described measurements are required as inputs into the module energy rating procedure described in IEC 61853-3.

Elle a également pour objet de fournir un ensemble caractéristique de paramètres utiles pour des prévisions d'énergie détaillées. Les mesurages décrits sont exigés comme éléments d'entrée de la procédure de détermination des caractéristiques assignées d'énergie des modules décrite dans l'IEC 61853-3.

Skupina standardov IEC 61853 določa zahteve IEC za ocenjevanje zmogljivosti fotonapetostnega (PV) modula na podlagi moči (vati), energije (vatne ure) in razmerja zmogljivosti (PR). Namenjen je za uporabo pri vseh fotonapetostnih tehnologijah, vendar morda ne ustreza tehnologijam, pri katerih se zmogljivost modula sčasoma spremeni (npr. moduli spremenijo obnašanje pri izpostavljenosti svetlobi ali toploti) ali pri tistih, ki imajo precejšnjo nelinearnost v katerih koli lastnostih, ki se uporabljajo za modeliranje.
Namen tega dela standarda IEC 61853 je opredeliti merilne postopke za merjenje učinkov vpadnega kota sevanja na izhodno moč naprave, določiti obratovalno temperaturo modula za podani nabor okoljskih in namestitvenih pogojev ter izmeriti spektralni odziv modula. Drugi namen je zagotavljanje značilnega nabora parametrov, ki bodo uporabni za podrobne napovedi glede energije. Opisane meritve so potrebne kot vnosi pri postopku energetske ocene modula, opisanega v standardu IEC 61853-3.

FOREWORD
1) The International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) is a worldwide organization for standardization comprising
all national electrotechnical committees (IEC National Committees). The object of IEC is to promote
