Audio, video, and related equipment - Determination of power consumption - Part 3: Television sets

IEC 62087-3:2015(E) specifies the determination of the power consumption and related characteristics of television sets. Television sets include, but are not limited to, those with CRT, LCD, PDP, OLED, or projection technologies. The operating modes and functions, as they specifically apply to television sets, are defined in detail in this part of IEC 62087. This first edition of IEC 62087-3 cancels and replaces Clauses 6 and 11 and Annex B of IEC 62087:2011. This standard together with IEC 62087-1 to IEC 62087-2 and IEC 62087-4 to IEC 62087-6 cancels and replaces IEC 62087:2011 in its entirety. This edition constitutes a technical revision. This edition includes the following significant technical changes with respect to Clauses 6 and 11 and Annex B of IEC 62087:2011. For TVs with an automatic brightness control feature, power may now be measured at multiple specific illumination levels. A method has been defined for determining the ratio of peak luminance expected in the home versus the peak luminance expected in the retail environment. Sections related to general measuring conditions and procedures are now in IEC 62087-1:2015. Sections related to signals and media are now in IEC 62087-2:2015. The titles have changed in order to comply with the current directives and to accommodate the multipart structure.

L'IEC 62087-3:2015 spécifie la détermination de la consommation de puissance et des caractéristiques associées des téléviseurs. Les téléviseurs désignent, la liste n’étant pas exhaustive, les téléviseurs des technologies à CRT, LCD, PDP, OLED ou à projection. Les modes de fonctionnement et les fonctions, dans la mesure où ils s'appliquent de façon spécifique à des téléviseurs, sont définis en détail dans la présente partie de l'IEC 62087. La première édition de l'IEC 62087-3 annule et remplace l'Article 6, l'Article 11 et l'Annexe B de l'IEC 62087:2011. La présente norme, ainsi que l'IEC 62087-1, l'IEC 62087-2 et les IEC 62087-4 à IEC 62087-6, annulent et remplacent l'IEC 62087:2011 dans son intégralité. Cette édition constitue une révision technique. Cette édition inclut les modifications techniques majeures suivantes par rapport à l'Article 6, à l'Article 11 et à l'Annexe B de l'IEC 62087:2011. – Pour les téléviseurs munis d'une fonction de commande automatique de luminosité, la puissance peut désormais être mesurée à plusieurs niveaux d'éclairage particuliers. – Une méthode a été définie pour déterminer le rapport de luminance de crête prévu dans l'environnement domestique en fonction de la luminance de crête prévue dans l'environnement du commerce de détail. – Les sections concernant les conditions générales et les modes opératoires de mesure se trouvent désormais dans l'IEC 62087-1:2015. – Les sections concernant les signaux et les supports se trouvent désormais dans l'IEC 62087-2:2015. – Les titres ont été modifiés afin de se conformer aux directives actuelles et de tenir compte de la structure en plusieurs parties.

Ta del standarda IEC 62087 določa ugotavljanje porabe energije in sorodnih značilnosti televizijskih sprejemnikov. Televizijski sprejemniki med drugim zajemajo sprejemnike s katodno cevjo (CRT), z zaslonom s tekočimi kristali (LCD), s prikazovalniki s plazmo (PDP), s prikazovalniki z organskimi svetlečimi diodami (OLED) ali s projekcijskimi tehnologijami.
Načini delovanja in funkcije, ki se uporabljajo izključno za televizijske sprejemnike, so podrobno opredeljeni v tem delu standarda IEC 62087.
Ta standard je omejen na televizijske sprejemnike, ki se lahko povežejo z zunanjim virom napajanja. Televizijski sprejemniki, ki vključujejo neodstranljivo glavno baterijo, niso obravnavani v tem standardu. Televizijski sprejemniki lahko vključujejo poljubno število pomožnih baterij.
