Plastics piping systems inside the building structure - Environmental product declarations - Product category rules complementary to EN 15804

This document provides product category rules (PCR) for Type III environmental product declarations, as described in EN ISO 14025 and EN 15942, for plastics piping systems inside the building structures and their main structural components, as specified by the list of product standards provided in Annex CC.
This document encompasses:
-   both pressure and non-pressure applications;
-   metal fittings which are used in a plastic piping system.
The intended function of the system considered is to convey liquids according to EN 806 (for potable water supply), EN 1264 (for heating and cooling systems), EN 12828 (for radiators), EN 12056 (for soil and waste discharge and for water traps).
In case there is no application standard available, this document can also be used for other plastics piping systems such as for example for rainwater gutters, ventilation systems or electrical conduits.
This document specifies product category rules of construction products as defined in and is intended to be used in conjunction with EN 15804+A2.
In addition to EN 15804+A2, this document specifies:
-   the functional unit (consisting of pipes, fittings and ancillary components) and declared unit (consisting of pipes and/or fittings);
-   the system boundaries and additional mandatory modules to be declared;
-   the processes to be included in the installation phase;
-   scenarios for module A4, A5;
-   use conditions for the use phase (B modules);
-   reference service life (RSL);
-   end of life scenarios.

Dieses Dokument enthält Produktkategorieregeln (PCR, en: product category rules) für Typ III-Umweltproduktdeklarationen, wie in EN ISO 14025 und EN 15942 beschrieben, für innerhalb der Gebäudestrukturen befindliche Kunststoff-Rohrleitungssysteme und deren wesentliche strukturelle Bauteile, wie in der Liste der Produktnormen in Anhang C festgelegt.
Dieses Dokument umfasst:
-   sowohl Druck- als auch drucklose Anwendungen;
-   im Kunststoff-Rohrleitungssystem angewendete Metall-Formstücke.
Die vorgesehene Funktion des betrachteten Systems ist der Transport von Flüssigkeiten nach EN 806 (für die Trinkwasserversorgung), EN 1264 (für Heiz- und Kühlsysteme), EN 12828 (für Heizkörper/Heizflächen), EN 12056 (für Abwasser und Geruchverschlüsse).
Wenn keine Anwendungsnorm verfügbar ist, kann dieses Dokument auch für andere Kunststoff-Rohrleitungssysteme, wie z. B. Regenrinnen, Lüftungsanlagen oder Kabelkanäle, verwendet werden.
Dieses Dokument legt die Produktkategorieregeln für Bauprodukte fest, wie in EN 15804+A2 festgelegt, und ist für die Anwendung in Verbindung mit EN 15804+A2 vorgesehen.
Wie auch EN 15804+A2 legt dieses Dokument Folgendes fest:
-   die funktionale Einheit (bestehend aus Rohren, Formstücken sowie zusätzlichen Bauteilen) und die deklarierte Einheit (bestehend aus Rohren und/oder Formstücken);
-   die Systemgrenzen und die zusätzlich zu deklarierenden Pflichtmodule;
-   die in die Verlegungsphase einzubeziehenden Prozesse;
-   Szenarien für Module A4, A5;
-   Verlegungsbedingungen für die Nutzungsphase (B-Module);
-   Referenz-Nutzungsdauer (RSL);
-   Szenarien für die Entsorgung.

Systèmes de canalisations en plastique à l’intérieur de la structure du bâtiment - Déclarations environnementales des produits - Règles régissant les catégories de produits complémentaires de l’EN 15804

Le présent document fournit les règles régissant les catégories de produits (RCP) pour les Déclarations environnementales de produits de Type III, telles que décrites dans l’EN ISO 14025 et l’EN 15942, relatives aux systèmes de canalisations en plastique à l’intérieur de la structure des bâtiments et leurs principaux composants structurels, tels que spécifiés dans la liste des normes de produits fournie dans l’Annexe CC.
Ce document couvre :
-   les applications avec pression et sans pression ;
-   les raccords métalliques utilisés dans un système de canalisations en plastique
La fonction prévue du système considéré est de transporter des fluides conformément à l’EN 806 (pour l’alimentation en eau potable), à l’EN 1264 (pour les systèmes de chauffage et de refroidissement), à l’EN 12828 (pour les radiateurs), l’EN 12056 (pour l’évacuation des eaux vannes et des eaux usées et pour les siphons à eau).
Dans le cas où il n’existe pas de norme d’application, le présent document peut également être utilisé pour d’autres systèmes de canalisations en plastique, tels que les gouttières, les systèmes de ventilation ou les conduits électriques.
Le présent document spécifie les règles régissant les catégories de produits des produits de construction définies dans l’EN 15804+A2 et est destinée à être utilisée en association avec cette norme.
En plus de l’EN 15804+A2, le présent document spécifie :
-   l’unité fonctionnelle (constituée de tubes, raccords et composants auxiliaires) et l’unité déclarée (constituée de tubes et/ou raccords) ;
-   les frontières du système et les modules obligatoires additionnels à déclarer ;
-   les processus à inclure dans la phase d’installation ;
-   les scénarios pour les modules A4, A5 ;
-   les conditions d’utilisation pour la phase d’utilisation (modules B) ;
-   la durée de vie de référence (DVR) ;
-   les scénarios de fin de vie.
