This Part of this European Prestandard specifies a method for the determination of acrylonitrile monomer in foods and food simulants. The method is applicable to aqueous food simulants, to the fatty food simulant olive oil and to the approved alternatives sunflower oil and a mixture of synthetic triglycerides, as well as to liquid and solid foodstuffs such as beverages and soft margarine. The level of acrylonitrile monomer determined is expressed as milligrammes of acrylonitrile per kilogram of food or food simulant.

Dieser Teil dieser Europäischen Vornorm beschreibt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung von Acrylnitril in Lebensmitteln und Prüflebensmitteln. Das Verfahren ist anwendbar auf wäßrige Prüflebensmittel, auf das Fett-Prüflebensmittel Olivenöl und auf dessen anerkannte Alternativen Sonnenblumenöl und ein Gemisch synthetischer Triglyceride wie auch auf flüssige und feste Lebensmittel wie Getränke und Weichfett-Margarine. Der Massenanteil des Acrylnitrils wird als Milligramm Acrylnitril je Kilogramm Lebensmittel oder Prüflebensmittel ausgedrückt.

La présente partie de cette prénorme européenne spécifie une méthode de détermination du monomère d'acrylonitrile dans les denrées alimentaires et les simulants. La méthode s'applique aux simulants aqueux, gras (huile d'olive), huile de tournesol (simulant alternatif) et aux mélanges de triglycérides synthétiques, ainsi qu'aux denrées alimentaires liquides et solides telles que les boissons et les margarines molles. Le niveau de monomère d'acrylonitrile déterminé est exprimé en milligrammes d'acrylonitrile par kilogramme de denrées alimentaire ou de simulant.
