Ta evropski standard določa zahteve in preskusne metode za karakterizacijo anaerobnih lepil, namenjenih za splošne konstrukcije koaksialnih metalnih elementov v zgradbah in objektih, vključno s sponkami z navojem ali cevmi. Uporablja se za posamezna lepila in sisteme, ki zajemajo lepila, aktivatorje in/ali temeljne premaze. Ta evropski standard velja zgolj za metalne substrate.
