This European Standard specifies the geometrical, mechanical and physical properties and the characteristics of the constituents and of the finished product on leaving the factory, and also the test and inspection methods. It is applicable to all bitumen sheets with regular corrugations used for dicontinuousroofing. This European Standard is not applicable to bitumen sheets containing asbestos fibres.

Diese Europäische Norm legt die mechanischen, geometrischen und physikalischen Eigenschaften der Endprodukte im Werk, deren Bestandteile, sowie auch die Prüf- und Überwachungsverfahren fest. Diese Norm gilt für alle Bitumenwellplatten mit regelmäßiger Wellung, die zur überlappenden Dachdeckung verwendet werden. Diese Norm gilt nicht für Bitumenwellplatten die Asbestfasern enthalten.

La présente norme européenne n'est pas applicable aux plaques bitumées contenantdes fibres d'amiante.
