Aluminium and aluminium alloys - Scrap - Part 16: Scrap consisting of skimmings, drosses, spills and metallics
This part of this European Standard specifies characteristics, chemical composition and metal yield of aluminium scrap consisting of skimmings, drosses and spills. It also applies to the metallic obtained by dry processing of drosses and skimmings. Full lots of dross fines with particle size smaller than 0,8 mm, or loft of drosses with a metal yield less than 30% are not within the scope of this Standard.

Diese Europäische Norm legt die Anforderungen an die Eigenschaften, die chemische Zusammensetzung und die Metallausbeute von Aluminiumschrott aus Krätzen und Ausläufern fest. Sie gilt auch für Gröbe, die bei der Aufbereitung der Krätze anfällt.
Ganze Lose von Feinanteilen mit einer Partikelgröße unter 0,8 mm oder Lose von Krätzen mit einer Metallausbeute unter 30 % gehören nicht zum Anwendungsbereich dieser Norm.

Cette Norme européenne spécifie les caractéristiques, la composition chimique et le rendement en métal du scrap constitué de crasses de fonderie. Elle spécifie également les fractions métalliques obtenues par traitement à sec des crasses de fonderie.
Cette norme ne traite pas des lots complets de fines de crasses constitués de particules de moins de 0,8 mm ou des lots de crasses présentant un rendement en métal inférieur à 30 %.
