La présente méthode décrit le mode opératoire permettant de déterminer par gravimétrie la teneur en matière non volatile (souvent nommée matière sèche ou poids en solides) en pourcentage en masse de la majorité des revêtements pour prélaquage durcis par traitement thermique, et par conséquent de déterminer le rendement d’application théorique. Cette méthode ne convient pas aux revêtements pour prélaquage en époxy pur.
