This European Standard applies to all refillable gas cylinders including tubes (water capacity greater than 150 l) and specifies requirements which shall be considered whenever a cylinder is being transferred from one gas service to another. This European Standard does not apply to cylinders for LPG, dissolved acetylene or radioactive gases.

Cette norme européenne ne s'applique pas aux bouteilles contenant du GPL, de l'acétylène dissous ou des gaz radioactifs.
