EN 13319:2000

EN 13319:2000 (CEN) specifies functional and safety requirements and test methods for diving depth gauges and combined depth-and-time measuring devices. The standard applies to instruments that determine water depth by environmental pressure as used by divers. It covers standalone depth gauges, depth-measuring features built into other instruments, and combined depth-and-time measuring features - but it does not cover any displayed information other than depth and time. Displays or functions that show decompression obligations are explicitly excluded. Time-measurement requirements apply only when the instrument automatically counts dive time.
