Foreword
This European Standard (EN 12641-1:2005) has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 119 “Swap
bodies for combined goods transport”, the secretariat of which is held by DIN.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical
text or by endorsement, at the latest by February 2006, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn
at the latest by February 2006.
This European Standard supersedes EN 12641-1:2000.
This European Standard consists of two parts. The other part is:
