Wastewater lifting plants for buildings and sites - Part 3: Lifting plants for limited applications

This European Standard applies to lifting plants for limited applications for domestic non-commercial wastewater containing or not containing faecal matter and located below flood level.
NOTE   Limited application means that the number of users is small and the plant is located in the same room as the sanitary appliance(s) served by it ) which are installed in accordance with EN 12056–1 and the layout and calculation are in accordance with EN 12056–4.
This European Standard applies to lifting plants for limited applications designed for wastewater containing faecal matter, where there is another WC available above flood level, and the plants serve no more than a single WC to which it is directly connected (at a distance of max. 0,5 m) and one hand washbasin, one shower and one bidet provided no other sanitary appliance is directly or indirectly connected.
This European Standard also applies to lifting plants for limited applications designed for faecal free wastewater, where a maximum of one hand washbasin or kitchen sink plus one further appliance such as a bathtub or a washing machine or a shower or a dish washer or an urinal are connected. No other sanitary appliance shall be directly or indirectly connected.
This European Standard contains general requirements, basic construction and testing principles, together with information on materials.
Construction and testing requirements for non-return valves used in wastewater lifting plants for limited applications are given in EN 12050 4.
This European Standard does not apply for lifting plants for limited applications for wastewater containing faecal matter where WC flushing is carried out by pressure flush valve.

Abwasserhebeanlagen für die Gebäude- und Grundstücksentwässerung - Teil 3: Hebeanlagen zur begrenzten Verwendung

Diese Europäische Norm gilt für Hebeanlagen zur begrenzten Verwendung für fäkalienhaltiges oder fäkalienfreies häusliches, nicht gewerbliches Abwasser unterhalb der Rückstauebene.
ANMERKUNG   Die begrenzte Verwendung bedeutet, dass die Anzahl von Nutzern gering ist und die Anlage sich im selben Raum befindet wie die Entwässerungsgegenstände, an die sie angeschlossen ist ), sie nach EN 12056-1 installiert ist und deren Planung und Bemessung nach EN 12056-4 erfolgt.
Diese Europäische Norm gilt für Hebeanlagen zur begrenzten Verwendung für fäkalienhaltiges Abwasser, wenn oberhalb der Rückstauebene ein weiteres WC zur Verfügung steht und die Anlage an nicht mehr als ein einzelnes WC direkt angeschlossen ist (in einem Abstand von höchstens 0,5 m) sowie an ein Handwaschbecken, eine Dusche und ein Sitzwaschbecken, vorausgesetzt dass keine anderen Entwässerungsgegenstände direkt oder indirekt angeschlossen sind.
Diese Europäische Norm gilt für Hebeanlagen zur begrenzten Verwendung für fäkalienfreies Abwasser, wenn höchstens ein Handwaschbecken oder ein Spülbecken plus eine weitere Vorrichtung, wie z. B. eine Badewanne oder eine Waschmaschine oder eine Dusche oder eine Geschirrspülmaschine oder ein Urinal angeschlossen sind. Kein weiterer Entwässerungsgegenstand darf direkt oder indirekt angeschlossen sein.
Diese Europäische Norm enthält allgemeine Anforderungen, wesentliche Bau- und Prüfgrundsätze, gemeinsam mit Informationen über Werkstoffe.
Festlegungen zu Bau- und Prüfgrundsätzen für Rückflussverhinderer, die in Abwasserhebeanlagen zur begrenzten Verwendung genutzt werden, sind in EN 12050-4 enthalten.
Diese Europäische Norm gilt nicht für Hebeanlagen zur begrenzten Verwendung für fäkalienhaltiges Abwasser, wenn die WC-Spülung durch eine Druckspülvorrichtung erfolgt.

Stations de relevage d'effluents pour les bâtiments et terrains - Partie 3 : Stations de relevage à application limitée pour effluents

La présente Norme européenne s’applique aux stations de relevage à application limitée pour effluents domestiques non commerciaux contenant ou non des matières fécales, situées en dessous de la hauteur de refoulement.
NOTE   L'expression « à application limitée » sous-entend que le nombre d'usagers est réduit et que la station est située dans la même pièce que les appareils sanitaires raccordés ) qui sont installés conformément à l'EN 12056-1. La conception et les calculs sont conformes à l'EN 12056-4.
La présente Norme européenne s'applique aux stations de relevage à application limitée pour effluents contenant des matières fécales, dans lesquelles un W.C. supplémentaire est disponible au-dessus de la hauteur de refoulement, et la station de relevage n'est raccordée directement (à une distance de 0,5 m au maximum) qu’à un seul W.C. ainsi qu’à un lavabo, une douche et un bidet, à condition qu'aucun autre appareil sanitaire ne soit raccordé de manière directe ou indirecte.
La présente Norme européenne s'applique également aux stations de relevage à application limitée pour effluents exempts de matières fécales, auxquelles sont raccordés, au maximum, un lavabo ou un évier, plus un autre sanitaire tel qu’une baignoire, un lave-linge, une douche, un lave-vaisselle ou un urinoir. Aucun autre appareil sanitaire ne doit être raccordé, directement ou indirectement.
La présente Norme européenne spécifie des exigences générales, des principes fondamentaux de construction et d'essai ainsi que des informations sur les matériaux.
Les exigences de construction et d'essai relatives aux dispositifs anti-retour dans les stations de relevage à application limitée pour effluents sont définies dans l’EN 12050-4.
La présente Norme européenne ne s’applique pas aux stations de relevage à application limitée pour effluents contenant des matières fécales lorsque le rinçage du W.C. est effectué par des robinets de chasse sous pression.

Črpališča odpadne vode za stavbe in zemljišča - 3. del: Črpališča odpadne vode za omejeno uporabo

Ta del evropskega standarda se uporablja za črpališča odpadne vode s fekalijami ali brez njih za omejeno uporabo, ki so pod poplavno ravnjo. OPOMBA: Omejena uporaba pomeni, da je število uporabnikov majhno in da je črpališče v istem prostoru kot sanitarna oprema, s katero deluje in ki je nameščena v skladu s standardom EN 12056-1, ter da sta razporeditev in izračun skladna s standardom EN 12056-4. Črpališča odpadne vode s fekalijami za omejeno uporabo so tista, kjer je nad poplavno ravnjo še eno stranišče in se črpališča uporabljajo samo za eno stranišče, s katerim so neposredno povezana (na razdalji največ 0,5 m), ter en umivalnik, ena prha in en bide, pri čemer ni neposredno ali posredno povezana nobena druga sanitarna oprema. Črpališča odpadne vode brez fekalij za omejeno uporabo so tista, pri katerih sta priključena največ en umivalnik ali kuhinjsko korito in še ena dodatna oprema, na primer kopalna kad ali pralni stroj ali prha ali pomivalni stroj. Neposredno ali posredno ne sme biti priključena nobena druga sanitarna oprema. Ta del tega standarda vsebuje splošne zahteve, osnovna načela zasnove in preskušanja, skupaj z informacijami o materialih ter vrednotenju skladnosti. Zahteve za zasnovo in preskušanje nepovratnih ventilov, ki se uporabljajo v črpališčih odpadne vode za omejeno uporabo, so določene v standardu EN 12050-4. The ball passage for faecal-free wastewater for lifting plants for limited applications between inlet connections and the suction opening of the pumping device shall be a minimum of 10 mm. 4.5.6 Minimum size of discharge pipework Discharge connections, discharge pipework and non-return valves for lifting plants for limited applications shall have a minimum internal diameter of 20 mm; for non-macerating faecal lifting plants for limited applications, the minimum internal diameter shall be 25 mm. 4.6 Control equipment Lifting plants for limited applications shall be fitted with control equipment for automatic operation. 4.7 Electrical equipment The electrical equipment of the plant shall comply with at least protection type IP 44 to EN 60529. During the test the water level in the tank shall not rise beyond the WC discharge pipe’s centreline. 5.4.3 Completion of test After testing as described in 5.4.2, there shall be no test material deposited in the container except in negligible amounts. Amounts less than 20 % of the total dry weight of materials added are regarded as negligible. 5.4.4 Maximum inflow In addition to the test described in 5.4.2 plants with additional connections shall undergo a maximum inflow test. A constant inflow of (0,50 ± 0,02) l/s shall be discharged into the lifting plant. During this constant inflow, a WC with a 9 litre or 6 litre flush volume as appropriate shall be flushed twice at approximately 2-min intervals. Each WC flush shall take place at the exact moment that the lifting plant switches on. During these tests the water level in the tank shall not rise beyond the WC discharge pipe’s centreline. 5.4.5 Additional connections If the invert of an additional connection is lower than the maximum liquid level in the tank, the installation of the additional sanitary appliances shall be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. A test shall be carried out to ensure that during WC flushing the water in the trap of the sanitary appliance does not become contaminated nor rise by more than 25 mm. 5.4.6 Device for preventing backflow (if fitted) Testing shall be performed at a static head of 2,5 m. The amount of water flowing back into the connection pipe shall be measured each time after flushing a WC with the flush volume. The mean value obtained from 5 flushings shall not exceed 50 ml, and one single value shall not exceed 100 ml. SIST EN 12050-3:2015
