This Part of this European Prestandard specifies a method for the determination of vinylidene chloride monomer in food simulants. The method is applicable to aqueous food simulants, to the fatty food simulant olive oil and to the approved alternatives, sunflower oil and a mixture of synthetic triglycerides. The level of vinylidene chloride determined is expressed as milligrams of vinylidene chloride per kilogram of food simulant.

Dieser Teil dieser Europäischen Vornorm legt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung des Monomers Vinylidenchlorid in Prüflebensmitteln fest. Das Verfahren ist anwendbar auf wäßrige Prüflebensmittel, auf das Fett-Prüflebensmittel Olivenöl und auf dessen anerkannte Ersatzstoffe Sonnenblumenöl und ein Gemisch synthetischer Triglyceride. Der Massenanteil des festgestellten Vinylidenchlorids wird als Milligramm Vinylidenchlorid je Kilogramm Prüflebensmittel ausgedrückt.

La présente partie de cette prénorme européenne spécifie une méthode de détermination du monomère de chlorure de vinylidène dans les simulants. La méthode s'applique aux simulants aqueux, gras, à l'huile d'olive et aux autres substances alternatives reconnues, à l'huile de tournesol et au mélange de triglycérides synthétiques. Le niveau de chlorure de vinylidène déterminé est exprimé en milligrammes de chlorure de vinylidène par kilogramme de simulant.
