This document specifies the requirements and test methods for solid flat extruded sheets of impact-modified acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer materials:
— acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS),
— acrylonitrile-(ethylene-propylene-diene)-styrene (AEPDS) (commonly known as AES), and
— acrylonitrile-styrene-acrylate (ASA), without fillers or reinforcing materials.
This document also applies to ABS, AEPDS and ASA sheet in rolled form. It applies only to thicknesses from 0,25 mm to 20,0 mm.

This document (EN ISO 15015:2025) has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 61 "Plastics"
in collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC 249 “Plastics” the secretariat of which is held by SIS.

This third edition cancels and replaces the second edition (ISO 15015:2011), which has been technically revised
The main changes are as follows:
— Clause 3, Terms and definitions, has been added, and subsequent clauses have been renumbered;
— Formula (2) has been deleted because the tolerance for the entire sheets delivery would be higher than
for each individual sheet, and subsequent formulae have been renumbered;
— in the title of Table 2, ISO 291 has been added;
— in Tables 2 and 3, the mechanical properties 50 % impact-failure energy, E , at h = 4 mm have been
50 n
deleted as it is not used;
— puncture impace behaviour (former 5.6.5) has been deleted as it is not used.
