Dieses Dokument legt die Verfahren zur Herstellung von Probekörpern und die Prüfverfahren, die zur Bestimmung der Eigenschaften von Polyetheretherketon- (PEEK)-Form- und Extrusionswerkstoffen anzuwenden sind, fest. Die Anforderungen an die Behandlung des Prüfmaterials und an das Konditionieren des Prüfmaterials sowohl vor dem Formen als auch der Probekörper vor der Prüfung sind angegeben.
Verfahren und Bedingungen für die Herstellung von Probekörpern sowie Verfahren für die Bestimmung der Eigenschaften der Werkstoffe, aus denen diese Probekörper hergestellt werden, sind ebenfalls angegeben. Eigenschaften und Prüfverfahren, die geeignet und notwendig sind, um PEEK-Form- und Extrusions¬werkstoffe zu charakterisieren, sind aufgeführt.
Um reproduzierbare und vergleichbare Prüfergebnisse zu erhalten, werden die hier festgelegten Verfahren für die Herstellung und Konditionierung, die Probekörpermaße und die Prüfverfahren angewendet. Die ermittelten Werte sind nicht unbedingt identisch mit denen, die an Probekörpern mit anderen Maßen oder an mit anderen Verfahren hergestellten Probekörpern erhalten wurden.

Le présent document spécifie les méthodes de préparation des éprouvettes et les méthodes d'essai à utiliser pour déterminer les propriétés des matériaux à base de polyétheréthercétone (PEEK) pour moulage et extrusion. Les exigences relatives à la manipulation du matériau d'essai et au conditionnement du matériau d'essai avant moulage et des éprouvettes avant essai sont indiquées.
