- Electrically driven carriage, variable carriage speed, swivel welding unit and automatic shut‑off if an obstacle is encountered.

- Plastification requirements: homogeneous extrudate, temperature display, extrusion control (continuous adjustment above 1.5 kg/h), extrudate temperature fluctuation ≤ ±3 °C, prevention of cold feed before operating temperature.
- Preheating system: heated gas (usually air), temperature continuously adjustable, fluctuation ≤ ±10 °C, minimum flow 200 l/min (cold air at ambient pressure).
