Personal protective equipment against falls from a height - Lanyards
This European Standard specifies the requirements, test methods, marking, information supplied by the manufacturer and packaging for non-adjustable and adjustable lanyards. Lanyards conforming to this European Standard are used as connecting elements or components in fall arrest systems specified in prEN 363.
Other types of lanyards are specified in EN 358.
Persönliche Schutzausrüstung gegen Absturz - Verbindungsmittel
Diese Norm legt Anforderungen, Prüfverfahren, Kennzeichnung, Informationen des Herstellers und Verpackung für einstellbare und nicht-einstellbare Verbindungsmittel fest. Verbindungsmittel nach dieser Norm werden als verbindendes Einzelteil oder verbindendes Bestandteil in Auffangsystemen entsprechend EN 363 verwendet.
Andere Arten von Verbindungsmitteln sind in EN 358 festgelegt.

La présente Norme européenne spécifiée les exigences, les méthodes d'essai, le marquage, la notice d'information du fabricant et l'emballage des longes, fixes et réglables. Les longes conformes a la présente norme européenne sont utilisées en tant qu'éléments ou composants de liaison dans les systemes d'arret de chutes spécifiés dans le prEN 363.
D'autres types de longes sont spécifiés dans l'EN 358.
