NEW!IEC 61400-25-1:2017 is available as IEC 61400-25-1:2017 RLV which contains the International Standard and its Redline version, showing all changes of the technical content compared to the previous edition.IEC 61400-25-1:2017 gives an overall description of the principles and models used in the IEC 61400­25 series, which is designed for a communication environment supported by a client-server model. Three areas are defined, that are modelled separately to ensure the scalability of implementations: wind power plant information models, information exchange model, and mapping of these two models to a standard communication profile. This new edition includes the following significant technical changes with respect to the previous edition: general harmonization of text and overview models with the other parts of the IEC 61400­25 series, harmonization of definitions in other related standards.

Trois domaines sont définis, qui sont modélisés séparément pour assurer l’extensibilité des systèmes mis en œuvre: les modèles d’information des centrales éoliennes, le modèle d’échange d’information, et le mapping des deux modèles précédents à un profil de communication normalisé. Cette nouvelle édition inclut les modifications techniques majeures suivantes par rapport à l'édition précédente: harmonisation générale du texte et des modèles présentés avec les autres parties de la série IEC 61400-25, harmonisation des définitions des autres normes connexes.

Standard IEC 61400-25 (vsi deli) se osredotoča na komunikacije med sestavnimi deli vetrnih elektrarn, kot so vetrne turbine, in elementi, kot so sistemi SCADA. Komunikacije znotraj sestavnih delov vetrnih elektrarn niso zajete v standardu IEC 61400-25 (vsi deli).
Standard IEC 61400-25 (vsi deli) je zasnovan za komunikacijsko okolje, ki ga podpira model odjemalec-strežnik. Opredeljena so tri področja, ki so oblikovana posebej, da se zagotovi nadgradljivost uporabljenih različic:
1) informacijski modeli vetrnih elektrarn,
2) model za izmenjavo informacij,
3) preslikava teh dveh modelov v standardni komunikacijski profil.
Informacijski model vetrne elektrarne in model za izmenjavo informacij skupaj sestavljata vmesnik med odjemalcem in strežnikom. Informacijski model vetrne elektrarne se uporablja kot okvir za interpretacijo dostopnih podatkov vetrne elektrarne. Strežnik uporablja informacijski model vetrne elektrarne, da odjemalcu ponuja enoten pregled podatkov vetrne elektrarne, ki je osredotočen na sestavne dele elektrarne. Model za izmenjavo informacij predstavlja aktivne funkcije strežnika. Standard IEC 61400-25 (vsi deli) omogoča povezljivost med raznolikimi odjemalci in strežniki različnih proizvajalcev in dobaviteljev.
Kot je prikazano na sliki 1, standard IEC 61400-25 (vsi deli) opredeljuje strežnik z naslednjimi vidiki:
– informacija, ki jo posreduje sestavni del vetrne elektrarne, na primer »hitrost rotorja vetrne turbine« ali »skupna proizvodnja energije v določenem časovnem intervalu«, se modelira in postane dostopna. Informacija, ki se modelira skladno s standardom IEC 61400-25, je opredeljena v delih IEC 61400-25-2 in IEC 61400-25-6;
– storitve za izmenjavo vrednosti modelirane informacije so opredeljene v standardu IEC 61400-25-3;
– preslikava v komunikacijski profil, kar zagotavlja sklad protokolov za prenos izmenjanih vrednosti iz modelirane informacije (IEC 61400-25-4).
Standard IEC 61400-25 (vsi deli) opredeljuje zgolj način modeliranja informacij, izmenjavo informacij in preslikavo v določen komunikacijski protokol. Standard IEC 61400-25 (vsi deli) ne določa, kako in kje je treba uvesti komunikacijski vmesnik, programski vmesnik in priporočila za izvajanje. Vendar cilj standarda IEC 61400-25 (vsi deli) je omogočiti dostop do informacij posameznega sestavnega dela vetrne elektrarne (npr. vetrne turbine) prek ustrezne logične naprave.
Ta del standarda IEC 61400-25 podaja splošen opis načel in modelov, uporabljenih v skupini standardov IEC 6140025 (vsi deli).
OPOMBA 1: Standard IEC 61400-25 (vsi deli) se osredotoča na skupne informacije, ki niso vezane na določenega prodajalca. Te elemente informacij, ki se običajno zelo razlikujejo glede na uporabo, značilno za določenega prodajalca, je mogoče na primer določiti v dvostranskih pogodbah, v skupinah uporabnikov ali v dopolnilih standarda IEC 61400-25 (vsi deli).
