Ta mednarodni standard velja za OSNOVNO VARNOST in BISTVENE LASTNOSTI OTROŠKIH SEVALNIH OGREVALNIKOV, kot je določeno v 201.3.204 tega standarda, prav tako imenovanih ME OPREMA.
