Information technology - Premises distribution access network (PDAN) cabling to support deployment of optical broadband networks

This document specifies the optical fibre access network cabling within single- and multi-subscriber premises termed the premises distribution access network (PDAN). The premises can comprise single or multiple buildings. The cabling specified is intended to be pre-installed, in readiness for subsequent connection of the multi-subscriber premises to an access providers infrastructure to support deployment of optical broadband networks. This document does not specify either the access network cabling external to the premises or the cabling within the subscriber space for onward distribution of services beyond the customer premises equipment. This document specifies: a) the structure and configuration of the optical fibre cabling; b) cabling performance requirements; c) implementation options. Annex A contains information on network segments not covered by this document. Safety practices in relation to optical power hazard are specified in EN 60825-2. Optical powers higher than the hazard levels specified in EN 60825-2 are not considered in this document. Safety (electrical safety, fire, etc.) and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) requirements are outside the scope of this document and are covered by other standards and regulations. However, information given in this document can be of assistance in meeting these standards and regulations.

Le présent document spécifie le câblage de réseau d’accès à fibres optiques à l’intérieur de locaux à un seul abonné ou à plusieurs abonnés, désigné sous l’appellation réseau de distribution privé du réseau d’accès dans les locaux (PDAN). Les locaux peuvent comporter un seul bâtiment ou plusieurs. Le câblage spécifié est destiné à être préinstallé, pour raccorder ultérieurement les locaux à plusieurs abonnés à une infrastructure de fournisseurs d’accès, pour prendre en charge le déploiement de réseaux optiques à large bande. Le présent document ne spécifie ni le câblage du réseau d’accès externe aux locaux, ni le câblage dans l’espace des abonnés pour une distribution des services au-delà des équipements des locaux d’usagers. Le présent document spécifie: a) la structure et la configuration du câblage à fibres optiques; b) les exigences des performances du câblage; c) les options de mise en oeuvre. L’Annexe A contient des informations sur les segments de réseau non traités par le présent document. Les usages de sécurité relatifs aux risques liés à la puissance optique sont spécifiés dans l’EN 60825-2. Les puissances optiques supérieures aux niveaux de danger spécifiés dans l’EN 60825-2 ne sont pas prises en compte dans le présent document. Les exigences relatives à la sécurité (sécurité électrique, feu, etc.) et à la compatibilité électromagnétique (CEM) ne font pas partie du domaine d’application du présent document et sont couvertes par d’autres normes et réglementations. Ta dokument določa okabljenje z dostopovnim omrežjem iz optičnih vlaken v večnaročniških prostorih, imenovano okabljenje prostorov z distribucijskim dostopovnim omrežjem (PDAN). Prostori lahko vključujejo eno ali več stavb.
Okabljenje je predvideno za vnaprejšnjo namestitev, da je pripravljeno za poznejšo povezavo večnaročniških prostorov z infrastrukturo ponudnikov dostopa v podporo gradnji optičnih širokopasovnih omrežij.
Ta dokument ne določa okabljenja z dostopovnim omrežjem zunaj prostorov ali okabljenja v naročniškem prostoru za nadaljnjo distribucijo storitev, ki presegajo opremo v prostorih strank.
Dokument določa:
a)   strukturo in konfiguracijo okabljenja iz optičnih vlaken;

Varnostne prakse v zvezi z nevarnostmi optičnega sevanja so podane v standardu EN 60825-2. Optično sevanje, ki presega ravni tveganja iz standarda EN 60825-2, v tem dokumentu ni zajeto.
Varnostne zahteve (električna varnost, ogenj itd.) in zahteve za elektromagnetno združljivost (EMC) ne spadajo na področje uporabe tega dokumenta ter so obravnavane v drugih standardih in predpisih. So pa lahko informacije iz tega dokumenta v pomoč pri izpolnjevanju teh standardov in predpisov.
