This document specifies a laboratory test procedure for determining the electrical resistance, in wet conditions, between the running rails provided by a fastening system fitted to a steel or concrete sleeper, bearer or element of ballastless track.
It is also applicable to embedded rail.
This test procedure applies to a complete fastening assembly. It is relevant to signalling currents, not to traction currents.
A reference procedure and an alternative procedure are included.

Dieses Dokument legt ein Laborprüfverfahren zur Bestimmung des elektrischen Widerstands eines Schienenbefestigungssystems bei Nässe zwischen den Fahrschienen fest. Dieses Befestigungssystem ist auf Gleis- bzw. Weichenschwellen aus Stahl oder Beton oder auf einem Stück eines schotterlosen Oberbaus befestigt.
Diese ist ebenfalls für eingebettete Schienen anwendbar.
Das Prüfverfahren ist anwendbar für ein komplettes Schienenbefestigungssystem. Dies ist maßgeblich für den Strom bei der Signalgebung, jedoch nicht für den Fahrstrom.
Ein Referenzverfahren und ein alternatives Verfahren sind inbegriffen.

Elle s'applique également aux rails enrobés.
Cette procédure d'essai s'applique aux systèmes de fixation complets. Elle concerne les courants de signalisation, mais pas les courants de traction.
Une procédure de référence et une procédure alternative sont incluses.

Ta dokument določa laboratorijski preskusni postopek za ugotavljanje električne upornosti v vlažnih razmerah med tirnicami, ki je posledica pritrdilnega sistema, pritrjenega na jekleni ali betonski prag, nosilno ogrodje ali element zgornjega ustroja brez tamponskega sloja.
Uporablja se tudi za vgrajene tirnice.
Ta preskusni postopek se uporablja za celoten pritrdilni sestav. Nanaša se na signalne tokove, ne na tokove za vleko.
