This European Standard specifies general rules (test procedures, test pieces) for the specification and approval of brazing procedures for all materials, metallic and non-metallic. It is anticipated that, where necessary, specific requirements for individual industries will be developed within this framework and detailed in the relevant application standard. The recommended format for the procedure approval
certificate is given in annex B. It assumes that the brazing procedure specifications are used in production and, in the case of manual flame brazing, by competent brazers approved in accordance with EN 13133, where relevant.

Hartlöten - Hartlötverfahrensprüfung

Diese Europäische Norm legt allgemeine Regeln (Prüfverfahren, Prüfstücke) für die Anforderung und Anerkennung von Hartlötverfahren für alle Werkstoffe, metallische und nicht-metallische, fest. Es ist zu erwarten, daß, falls notwendig, innerhalb dieses Normenrahmens für einzelne Industrien besondere Anforderungen entwickelt und ausführlich in den entsprechenden Anwendungsnormen festgelegt werden. Im Anhang B ist der empfohlene Vordruck für die Prüfungsbescheinigung wiedergegeben. Es wird vorausgesetzt, daß die Hartlötverfahrensanweisung in der Fertigung verwendet und beim handgeführten Flammhartlöten von kompetenten Hartlötern ausgeführt wird, die, wenn es zutrifft, nach EN 13133 anerkannt sind.

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les règles générales (modes opératoires d'essai, assemblages de qualification) pour le descriptif et la qualification de modes opératoires de brasage fort de tous les matériaux, métalliques et non métalliques. Il est entendu que lorsque cela s'avèrera nécessaire, des exigences spécifiques pour des industries particulières seront développées en suivant ce plan et seront détaillées dans la norme d'application correspondante. Le modèle recommandé pour le certificat de l'épreuve de qualification est donné à
l'annexe B. Il suppose que les descriptifs de mode opératoire de brasage fort sont utilisés en production et, en ce qui concerne le brasage manuel à la flamme, qu'ils sont mis en oeuvre par des braseurs compétents qualifiés conformément à l'EN 13133, lorsque celle-ci est applicable.
