- Users: Water utilities, membrane system designers and operators, chemical manufacturers and distributors, water treatment consultants, testing laboratories, and regulatory bodies.
- Operational notes: Polyphosphates are largely rejected by membranes and concentrate in the brine; wastewater disposal must comply with local regulations. Concentrated solutions are corrosive - use appropriate materials.
