This European Standard specifies a method for the determination of the absolute vapour pressure of volatile crude oil and volatile non-viscous petroleum products, with vapour pressures below 180 kPa. This method is applicable to fuels containing oxygenated compounds up to the limits stated in Annex A, column A of this standard. The method is also applicable to fuels containing up to 2,8 % m/m total oxygen, if due to ethers only.

Diese Europäische Norm beschreibt eine Methode zur Bestimmung des absoluten Dampfdruckes von flüchtigen Rohölen und flüchtigen niederviskosen Mineralölprodukten, mit Dampfdrucken unter 180 kPa (1,8 bar). Diese Methode ist für Ottokraftstoffe mit sauerstofhaltigen Verbindungen bis zu einem maximalen Gehalt der in Spalte A des Anhangs A dieser Norm aufgeführten Verbindungen anwendbar. Sie ist auch für Ottokraftstoffe verwendbar, die bis zu 2,8 % Massenanteil an Gesamtsauerstoff enthalten, wenn dieser aus Ethern stammt.

La présente norme européenne spécifie une méthode de détermination de la pression absolue de vapeur du pétrole brut volatil et des produits pétroliers volatils non visqueux ayant une pression de vapeur inférieure à 180 kPa. Cette méthode s'applique aux carburants contenant des produits oxygénés dans les limites définies dans Annexe A, colonne A de cette norme. La méthode s'applique également aux carburants contenant jusqu'à 2,8 % m/m d'oxygène total s'ils sont dus aux éthers seulement.
