INTRODUCTION
Thisconsumersafetyspecificationaddressesincidentsassociatedwithchildsafetylocksandlatches
for use with cabinet doors and drawers that were identified by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety
Commission (CPSC).
In response to incident data compiled by the CPSC, this specification attempts to minimize the
