This European standard is applicable, in addition to EN 1726-1 to industrial trucks with vertical, non tilting mast. a) with an elevating operator position, as defined in 3.1.3.1.6 and 3.1.3.3 of ISO 5053:1987, where the elevating operator position and the load handling device lifts simultaneously to a height of more than 1200 mm above ground level and b) designed to travel indoors on smooth level and prepared surface with load handling device elevated more than 1200 mm above ground level as defined in 3.1.3.1.10 of ISO 5053:1987.
