Diese Internationale Norm legt das Referenzverfahren für die Bestimmung des Fettgehaltes von Milchpulver und Trockenmilcherzeugnissen fest. Das Verfahren gilt für Milchpulver mit einem Fettgehalt von mindestens 40% (Massenanteil), Vollmilchpulver, teilentrahmtes Milchpulver und Magermilchpulver, Molkenpulver und Butterserumpulver.
