Naprave kratkega dosega (SRD) - Radijska oprema, ki se uporablja v frekvenčnem območju od 1 GHz do 40 GHz - Harmonizirani standard za dostop do radijskega spektra

Ta dokument določa tehnične lastnosti in merilne metode za naslednje vrste opreme:
1) nespecifične naprave kratkega dosega, vključno z alarmi, napravami za daljinsko vodenje, telemetrijo, prenosom podatkov v splošnem itd.;
2) naprave za radiofrekvenčno identifikacijo (RFID);
3) radiofrekvenčne naprave za zaznavanje, gibanje in opozarjanje.
Te vrste radijske opreme lahko delujejo v dovoljenih frekvenčnih pasovih v območju od 1 GHz do 40 GHz, kot je opredeljeno v preglednici 1:
1) z radiofrekvenčno (RF) izhodno povezavo in namensko anteno ali z vgrajeno anteno;
2) za vse vrste modulacije;
3) z govorom ali brez.
V preglednici 1 je prikazan seznam frekvenčnih pasov v skladu z odločbami Evropske komisije o napravah kratkega dosega [i.5] in priporočilom CEPT/ERC 70-03 [i.2], znanimi na datum objave tega dokumenta.

Evropski standard ETSI EN 300 440 V2.2.1:2018 je pripravil tehnični odbor ERM TG28 - ERM Generic
SRD's. Slovenski standard SIST EN 300 440 V2.2.1:2018 je prevod evropskega standarda ETSI EN

Pravice intelektualne lastnine (IPR), ki so bistvene ali potencialno bistvene za te normativne končne
izsledke, je bilo mogoče prijaviti ETSI. Informacije v zvezi s temi ključnimi IPR so, če obstajajo, javno

Predgovor
Ta harmonizirani evropski standard (EN) je pripravil tehnični odbor ETSI za elektromagnetno združljivost
(EMC) in zadeve radijskega spektra (ERM).

Ta dokument je bil pripravljen na podlagi standardizacijske zahteve Komisije C (2015) 5376 končna [i.6],
da se omogoči prostovoljno sredstvo izpolnjevanja ključnih zahtev Direktive 2014/53/EU o harmonizaciji
zakonodaj držav članic v zvezi z dostopnostjo radijske opreme na trgu in razveljavitvi Direktive
1999/5/ES [i.1].
Ko bo sklicevanje na ta dokument objavljeno v Uradnem listu Evropske unije (UL EU) v okviru te
direktive, bo skladnost z normativnimi točkami tega dokumenta, navedenimi v preglednici A.1, v obsegu
področja uporabe tega standarda ustvarjala domnevo o skladnosti z ustreznimi bistvenimi zahtevami te
direktive in z njo povezanih predpisov EFTA.

V tem dokumentu se modalni glagoli "je treba", "se ne sme", "naj (bi)", "naj ne (bi)", "lahko", "ni treba",
"je mogoče", "ni mogoče" razlagajo, kot je to opisano v točki 3.2 dokumenta Pravilnik ETSI za pripravo
osnutkov (besedne oblike za izražanje določil).

Uvod
Namen tega dokumenta je navesti zahteve za dokazovanje, da je za naprave SRD, ki naj bi se
uporabljale v naslednjih vrstah opreme, mogoče domnevati skladnost z bistvenimi zahtevami člena 3.2
Direktive 2014/53/EU [i.1] pod pogoji iz dodatka A.

Ta dokument je namenjen opisu tehničnih zahtev in postopkov preskušanja skladnosti za oprostitev
potrebnosti radijskega dovoljenja za naprave kratkega dosega (SRDs), namenjene uporabi v
radiofrekvenčnih pasovih znotraj območja med 1 GHz in 40 GHz.

Oprema, ki jo obravnava ta dokument, lahko obratuje na posebni frekvenci ali pa se lahko nastavlja na
več kanalov in deluje na več različnih frekvencah.
