• medsebojno delovanje omrežij prizemnega snopovnega radia z drugimi omrežji prek prehodov;
• dodatne storitve, ki se uporabljajo za osnovne telekomunikacijske ali nosilne storitve prizemnega snopovnega radia.
Del o osnovah medsebojnega delovanja prizemnega snopovnega radia s podporo za govor in podatke določa medsebojno delovanje omrežij prizemnega snopovnega radia prek ustreznega vmesnika: medsistemskega vmesnika (ISI). Obsega naslednje poddele:
• splošna zasnova medsistemskega vmesnika;
• dodatna omrežna funkcija – posamezni klic medsistemskega vmesnika(ANF-ISIIC);
• dodatna omrežna funkcija – skupinski klic medsistemskega vmesnika (ANF-ISIGC);
• dodatna omrežna funkcija – storitev kratkih podatkov medsistemskega vmesnika (ANF-ISISD);
• dodatna omrežna funkcija – upravljanje mobilnosti medsistemskega vmesnika (ANF-ISIMM);
• izvedba govornega formata pri vodovnem načinu prenosa;
• izvedba govornega formata pri paketnem načinu prenosa;
• stopnja 1 je splošni pregled storitev z vidika naročnika in uporabnika storitve;
Ta dokument podrobno opisuje osnove medsebojnega delovanja prizemnega snopovnega radijskega sistema.
Storitev ANF-ISIGC opredeljuje:
• jasni govor pri skupinskem klicu prizemnega snopovnega radia prek medsistemskega vmesnika, priznan in nepriznan;
• celostno šifrirani (E2EE) govor pri skupinskem klicu prizemnega snopovnega radia prek medsistemskega vmesnika;
• podatke iz enega časovnega okna v vodovnem načinu pri skupinskem klicu prizemnega snopovnega radia prek medsistemskega vmesnika;
•celostno šifrirane podatke iz enega časovnega okna pri skupinskem klicu prizemnega snopovnega radia prek medsistemskega vmesnika;
• vodovni način pri skupinskem klicu prizemnega snopovnega radia, podatki N × 2,4 kbit/s, N × 4,8 kbit/s ali N × 7,2 kbit/s, z N = 2, 3 ali 4;
• vodovni način pri skupinskem klicu prizemnega snopovnega radia, celostno kodirani podatki N × 2,4 kbit/s, N × 4,8 kbit/s ali N × 7,2 kbit/s, z N = 2, 3 ali 4;
General Information
Overview
ETSI EN 300 392-3-3 V1.4.1 (2017-12) (equivalent to ETSI EN 300 392-3-3 V1.4.1) defines the TETRA Voice plus Data (V+D) Additional Network Feature – ISI Group Call (ANF‑ISIGC) at the Inter‑System Interface (ISI). It specifies how TETRA networks interwork for group‑call services across different SwMI (Switching and Maintenance Infrastructure) domains and via gateways to other networks. The document uses the ITU‑T I.130 three‑level model (Stage 1: service view, Stage 2: functional partitioning and information flows, Stage 3: signalling protocols) and includes Message Sequence Charts (MSC) for key information flows.
Key topics and technical requirements
- Service scope: Definitions and procedures for TETRA Group Call services over the ISI including acknowledged/unacknowledged clear speech and end‑to‑end encrypted speech.
- Data modes supported: Circuit‑mode one‑slot data and multi‑slot circuit‑mode data (N × 2.4 kbit/s, 4.8 kbit/s or 7.2 kbit/s, with N = 2, 3 or 4), including encrypted variants.
- Three‑stage specification:
- Stage 1: Overall user/service descriptions (activation, invocation, normal and exceptional procedures).
- Stage 2: Functional entities and interfaces (originating, controlling and participating entities; databases for calling MS and called group GTSI) and detailed information flows (MSC diagrams).
- Stage 3: Signalling protocols and reference‑point message definitions (examples include ISI_CALL_RESTORATION, ISI_CONNECT, ISI_DISCONNECT, ISI_INFO).
- Operational procedures: Call setup, acknowledged group calls, partial/failed setups, delays, timer control, colliding calls, call maintenance (request/cease transmit, withdraw/continue), restoration and disconnection procedures.
- Interworking & supplementary services: Interactions with many PISN/TETRA supplementary services (e.g., CLIP/COLP, call forwarding, priority/pre‑emptive calls, late entry), and gateway interworking considerations.
Practical applications and who uses this standard
- TETRA network operators - to implement interoperable group call handling across multiple SwMIs or national/regional networks.
- Equipment vendors and system integrators - to design compliant TETRA switches, gateways and base station subsystems that support multi‑site and cross‑network group calls (including encryption).
- Public safety, transportation and utilities - for mission‑critical group communications that must operate across organizational or national boundaries.
- Regulators and test houses - to verify conformity, interworking and multi‑vendor interoperability using the specified MSCs and signalling protocols.
