Ta dokument določa tehnične lastnosti in merilne metode za sisteme brezžičnega dostopa na 6 GHz, vključno z opremo radijskega lokalnega omrežja (WAS/RLAN).
Oprema WAS/RLAN, dostopna na 6 GHz , ki je vključena na področje uporabe tega dokumenta, se obravnava v naslednjih sklepih ECC in EU:
• Sklep ECC (20)01 o harmonizirani uporabi radiofrekvenčnega spektra v frekvenčnem pasu 5945–6425 MHz za brezžične dostopovne sisteme, vključno z radijskimi lokalnimi omrežji (WAS/RLAN)[i.3].
• Izvedbeni sklep Komisije (EU) 2021/1067 o harmonizirani uporabi radiofrekvenčnega spektra v frekvenčnem pasu 5945–6425 MHz za izvedbo brezžičnih dostopovnih sistemov, vključno z radijskimi lokalnimi omrežji (WAS/RLAN)[i.11].
OPOMBA 1: Opis kategorij in podkategorij opreme za sisteme brezžičnega dostopa na 6 GHz, vključno z opremo radijskega lokalnega omrežja, je podan v odstavku 4.2.
Ta dokument opisuje zahteve za dostop do spektra, ki omogočajo lažje deljenje spektra z drugo opremo.
