This document defines the requirements for the ordering, manufacture, testing, inspection and delivery of steel and heat resisting alloy bars and sections. It shall be applied when referred to and in conjunction with the EN material standard unless otherwise specified on the drawing, order or inspection schedule.

Dieses Dokument legt die Anforderungen an die Bestellung, Herstellung, Prüfung, Kontrolle und Lieferung von Stangen und Profilen aus Stahl und hochwarmfesten Legierungen fest. Es wird vorausgesetzt, dass es angewendet wird, wenn es bei Verweisung auf oder in Verbindung mit der EN-Werkstoffnorm erwähnt wird, sofern in der Zeichnung, Bestellung oder der Prüfanweisung nichts anderes festgelegt ist.
