ISO/TC 68/TAG 1 - Fintech Technical Advisory Group
The FinTech TAG acts as an advisory sounding board to support and engage with the Fintech community on standards requirements, for the effective and efficient use and development of standards to support FinTechs and the broader financial services industry, delivered using a cooperative relationship approach. The FinTech TAG enables a proactive dialogue with FinTechs on financial services standards matters and acts as a portal in which the FinTechs community can discuss their standards needs. The FinTech TAG provides FinTechs a means to cooperate, exchange views and share information related to standards on a regular basis. As an ISO advisory group, the FinTech TAG does not develop standards. The business domains that the TAG will focus on are core banking, payments, treasury and capital markets, securities processing, trade finance, and related areas. The TAG will look to the current standards being employed by FinTech, examining these standards to determine if they are sufficient or requiring further clarification to be fit for purpose. The TAG may also look to standardising topics emerging as part of the FinTech movement. Organisation specific and bespoke software requirements will be out of scope.

Le groupe technique consultatif FinTech agit en tant que comité de rétroaction consultatif afin d'apporter son soutien à la communauté Fintech et de s'engager avec elle dans le domaine des exigences normatives, pour l'utilisation efficace et efficiente des normes et leur élaboration et pour venir à l'appui des FinTech et de l'industrie des services financiers au sens large, dans le cadre d'une approche coopérative. Le TAG FinTech permet d'engager un dialogue proactif avec les FinTech concernant les sujets de normalisation touchant aux services financiers et offre un espace dans lequel la communauté des FinTech peut discuter de ses besoins de normes. Le TAG FinTech propose aux FinTech des moyens pour leur permettre de coopérer, d'échanger leurs points de vue et de partager les informations liées aux normes de manière régulière. En tant que groupe consultatif de l'ISO, le TAG ne développe pas de normes. Les secteurs d'activité qui retiendront tout particulièrement l'attention du TAG sont les services bancaires de base, les paiements, la trésorerie et les marchés des capitaux, le traitement des titres, le financement des échanges commerciaux, et les domaines connexes. Le TAG examinera les normes qui sont actuellement utilisées par la FinTech, afin de déterminer si elles sont suffisantes ou si des clarifications sont nécessaires pour qu'elles soient adaptées aux objectifs poursuivis.
