CIS/S - Steering Committee
Constitution The Steering Committee shall consist of the following: a) the Chair of the CISPR (to be Chair of the Steering Committee); b) the Vice-Chair of the CISPR; c) the Chairs of all CISPR subcommittees; d) the immediate past Chair of the CISPR; e) the Chief Executive Officer of the IEC; f) the Secretariat of the CISPR; g) additional members as co-opted by the Chair of the CISPR; h) a representative of each of the Member Bodies of the CISPR other than the National Committees of the IEC. Details of current members are shown on the CISPR page of the IEC website; i) a representative of each liaison body; j) the conveners of those Working Groups which report directly to the Steering Committee (when required). Terms of reference The responsibilities of the Steering Committee are as follows: a) To approve the CISPR Strategic Business Plan. b) To assist and advise the Chair of the CISPR in the conduct of the affairs of the CISPR. c) To maintain contact with all work in progress in the CISPR. d) To give guidance and assistance to those carrying out the work of the CISPR. e) To consider progress reports from subcommittees, and from Working Groups which report directly to the Steering Committee. f) To advise the Chair of the CISPR as to the arrangements to be made for meetings of the CISPR. g) To refer new objects of study to a subcommittee when the terms of reference do not directly apply. h) To set up Working Groups reporting to the Steering Committee. i) To coordinate and direct the work between sub committees on common issues.
Comité de pilotage
Constitution Le comité de pilotage doit être composé de la manière suivante : a) le président du CISPR (qui préside en même temps le comité de pilotage); b) le vice-président du CISPR; c) les présidents de tous les sous-comités du CISPR; d) le président sortant du CISPR; e) le directeur général de l'IEC; f) le secrétariat du CISPR; g) tout autres membres coptés par le président du CISPR; h) un représentant de chaque organisme membre du CISPR autre que les comités nationaux de l'IEC. La liste de ces membres peut être consultée sur le site internet du CISPR; i) un représentant de chaque comité en liaison; j) les animateurs des groupes de travail qui rapportent directement au comité de pilotage (quand il le faut). Termes de référence : Les responsabilités du comité de pilotage sont les suivantes : a) Approuver le plan de développement stratégique du CISPR. b) Assister et conseiller le président du CISPR dans la conduite des affaires de ce comité. c) Coordonner tous les travaux en cours au sein du CISPR. d) Donner des lignes directrices et assister les experts du CISPR dans l'exécution du travail. e) Étudier les rapports d'avancement des sous-comités, et des groupes de travail qui rapportent directement au comité de pilotage. f) Conseiller le président du CISPR quand aux dispositions à prendre pour les réunions de ce comité. g) Renvoyer les nouveaux sujets d'étude à un sous-comité quand les termes de référence ne s'appliquent pas directement. h) Mettre en place les groupes de travail qui rapportent directement au comité de pilotage. i) Coordonner et orienter le travail entre les sous-comités sur des sujets communs.
