ISO/ISOlutions/TF 2 - National Content in ISOlutions Webstore
Mandate: Formalize a business case (including appropriate market research and testimonials from ISO members) for the potential inclusion of National content in the ISOlutions webstore, aligned with the ISO 2017 IT strategy -2020 and the ISOlutions scope of work. Goals: - Analysis of the current webstore (WS) and national public enquiry (NPE) platforms capabilities provided through the ISOlutions programme today - Define national content scope and identify key business requirements for handling such content in the ISOlutions webstore and national public enquiry - Identify impacts, risks, and benefits entailed by i) members (e.g. provision of sales data/metadata) and ii) ISO/CS (e.g. support to customers) - Understand the non-IT matters (e.g. marketing and sales support) that are required to support the implementation of national content in ISOlutions webstore and national public enquiry
