High-voltage switchgear and controlgear - Part 211: Direct connection between power transformers and gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear for rated voltages above 52 kV

IEC 62271-211:2014 is applicable to single and three phase direct connections between gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear (GIS) for rated voltages above 52 kV and transformer arrangements to establish electrical and mechanical interchange ability and to determine the limits of supply of for the transformer connection. This first edition cancels and replaces the first edition of IEC TR 61639:1996 and constitutes a technical revision. This edition includes the following significant technical changes with respect to the previous edition: a) transfer from technical report to international standard; b) the minimum voltage rating was changed from 72,5 kV to above 52 kV; c) update of normative references; d) definition of insulated junction including limit of supply; e) definition of dielectric test of gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear for transformer connection in a three phase enclosure; f) addition of interface tolerances at transformer side; g) addition of transformer tolerances in service; h) addition of exceptional loads for bushings and flanges; i) consideration of oil- and gas-insulated transformers; j) inclusion of three-phase enclosed direct connections.

L'IEC 62271-211:2014 est applicable aux raccordements directs monophasés et triphasés entre l'appareillage sous enveloppe métallique à isolation gazeuse (GIS) pour des tensions assignées supérieures à 52 kV et des dispositions de transformateurs pour établir des possibilités d'échanges électriques et mécaniques et pour déterminer les limites d'alimentation pour le raccordement du transformateur. Cette première édition annule et remplace la première édition de l'IEC TR 61639:1996. Cette édition constitue une révision technique. Cette édition inclut les modifications techniques majeures suivantes par rapport à l'édition précédente: a) passage de l'état de rapport technique à l'état de norme internationale; b) la caractéristique assignée de tension minimale passe de 72,5 kV à au-dessus de 52 kV; c) mise à jour des références normatives; d) définition de la jonction isolée incluant la limite d'alimentation; e) définition de l'essai diélectrique de l'appareillage sous enveloppe métallique à isolation gazeuse pour le raccordement du transformateur dans une enveloppe triphasée; f) ajout des tolérances d'interface du côté du transformateur; g) ajout des tolérances du transformateur en service; h) ajout de charges exceptionnelles pour les traversées et les brides; i) prise en considération des transformateurs à isolation à huile et gazeuse; j) inclusion des raccordements directs triphasés sous enveloppe.

Standard EN IEC 62271-9 se uporablja za enofazne in trifazne neposredne povezave med plinsko izoliranimi stikalnimi napravami v kovinskih ohišjih (GIS) za naznačene napetosti nad 52 kV in transformatorskimi sestavi, da se ugotovi sposobnost električne in mehanske izmenjave ter določijo omejitve napajanja za transformatorsko povezavo. Neposredne povezave so na enem koncu potopljene v transformatorsko olje ali izolirni plin ter na drugi strani v izolirni plin stikalne naprave. Transformatorski sestavi so enofazni transformatorji z enofaznim vgrajenim sestavom, trifazni transformatorji s tremi enofaznimi vgrajenimi sestavi ali trifazni transformatorji s trifaznim vgrajenim sestavom s tremi transformatorskimi skoznjiki. Povezava izpolnjuje zahteve standarda IEC 62271-203 za plinsko izolirane stikalne naprave v kovinskih ohišjih, standarda IEC 60076 za elektroenergetske transformatorje in standarda IEC 60137 za popolnoma potopljene skoznjike. Za namene tega mednarodnega standarda se za »plinsko izolirane stikalne naprave v kovinskih ohišjih« uporablja izraz »stikalne naprave«.

A-deviations
A-deviation: National deviation due to regulations, the alteration of which is for the time being outside the
competence of the CENELEC member.
This European Standard does not fall under any Directive.
In the relevant CEN/CENELEC countries these A-deviations are valid instead of the provisions of the

Clause Deviation
5 Italy (Ministerial Decree of December 1, 1980 and September 10, 1981, published in the
Gazzetta Ufficiale No. 285, 1981-10-16).
Gas-filled compartments having a design pressure exceeding 0,5 bar (gauge) or a volume
exceeding 2000 litres shall be designed to the Italian pressure vessel code for electrical
switchgear.
